Data processor
The website is built and technically managed by Footility di Mistretta Paolo, Lissone (MB), Italy, appointed data processor under Article 28 GDPR. The servers are located in Italy, at Aruba S.p.A.
What data we process
Browsing data. The systems running the website record some data sent automatically by your browser: IP address, date and time of the request, page requested, outcome, browser and device type. They are used to run the website, to protect it from abuse and to produce anonymous, aggregated visit statistics. They are kept only as long as strictly necessary and in any case no longer than 30 days, unless needed to investigate computer crimes.
Data you send us. If you write to the addresses shown on the website, we process the data in your message only to reply to you.
Workshop visit bookings. If you book a workshop visit by phoning or writing to the secretariat, we process your name, your contact details and the details of the visit (day, number of people, language) only to organise it, pass it on to the workshop and contact you if anything changes. We keep them for as long as this purpose requires.
Statistics and marketing. Only if you consent in the cookie banner, the website measures visits in aggregate form with Google Analytics 4 and uses the marketing tools listed in the cookie policy. Without consent these tools are not loaded.
Legal basis
The controller's legitimate interest in running and protecting the website (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR) for browsing data; replying to your request and organising the visit you book (Article 6(1)(b)) for the data you send us; your consent (Article 6(1)(a)), which you can withdraw at any time, for statistics and marketing cookies.
Cookies
The website uses technical cookies, required for it to work, which need no consent, and, only with your consent, statistics and marketing cookies. The list, their duration and how to change your consent are in the cookie policy; preferences can be reopened from the icon at the bottom left of every page.
Who receives the data
Data are not disclosed. Only the controller's authorised staff and the data processor can access them, for the purposes above, and, for the cookies you consented to, the providers listed in the cookie policy, who may also process them outside the European Union with the safeguards required by the GDPR.
Your rights
You may at any time request access to your data, rectification or erasure, restriction of processing, and object to processing (Articles 15-22 GDPR) by writing to info@cremonaviolins.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (www.garanteprivacy.it).
